26 weeks

I hit 26 weeks pregnant the past weekend :)  I can't believe I'm this far along.  We finally have an OB, and are getting an ultrasound on the 22nd! Just in time for Christmas :)

I also can't believe its already December! Time is flying. I hope that the time we are stuck in this rental lease will go by fast then, and we can get our BIG move out of the way to where ever Anthony gets stationed then.

I think the months will fly by, because:

December is Christmas. So of course this month always flies by, with the decorating and this year having a 1 1/2 year old running around! It makes it so fun. Anthony also has leave this month, starting on Monday. I am so happy that he will be home with us for this holiday. This is our last Christmas as a Family Three! We can't afford as much as we could last year, but thankfully Kayden isn't old enough to remember. We are trying though! Since we can't get him as many gifts as we'd like, at least we can all be together and spend time with each other. We will never get this time back from when he's this little, and we won't have as much time to spend one on one with him once the new baby comes.
January will be taking down the decorations, and getting some things prepared for baby. I have a organizing project going on (I'll be making some posts about that soon) and I think a lot of that will take place in January. I also want to do some fun things with Kayden, which I'll be documenting here.
February my grandma comes out! I am so happy that she is going to be here! She is going to drive out here, about the same time that I'll be full term. And she is going to stay for a month, so half of February and half of March. Kayden and I will be doing a bunch of stuff with her before baby is born (if he stays very long after she's here) and then she and I have a few projects in the house to do. The rest of the time will be getting the last stuff ready for baby.

March, I'm due early march (the 12th) so I imagine I will either have a baby real early into the month or will be taking care of the last preparation and spending time with Kayden. Once baby is here I'm sure time will just fly for at least a few weeks.

April will just be the same, getting into the routine of having a newborn and a almost 2 year old!  It'll also start getting warmer so I am hoping we can start going on some family outings. We are wanting to go to the Childrens museum, the zoo, aquariums and other places like that. So anytime mid April to August we'll be taking care of those trips.

May is the same.

June will be Anthony and my anniversary and Kayden's second birthday! So that will be a busier month.

July and August will be packing, and moving! We will either be moving in August or September. But either way our lease in this condo is up on August 31st. So we will have to have things packed and get all those things ready. His orders for San Diego are up this time, so we will be moving to a new place. He is going to have ship duty.. and so its going to be SO different from this shore duty he has now. I am excited for this new chapter in our lives though, I love love love San Diego, but I am ready to try living somewhere new. We've been through so much while we have been here, its going to be crazy leaving. But I think it really is going to be for the best.

Anyways, I am excited to take you all with us on this journey :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving.
Anthony and I made a dinner on Saturday because he had to work today. So we had a private sweet thanksgiving with Kayden then. I made my first ever turkey! It was actually good and the only thing we had missing for dinner was pie, haha.

My uncle called me up and wanted me to come to his Thanksgiving today since all his boys were coming down, and Anthony was contacted and told to come into work late! So we got to go spend the day with them. It was a really great day.

How was your turkey day?

Kayden

I thought I would take some time and introduce you to my son, Kayden. He is 16 months old now, and changing everyday!
I love this little guy so much, I had no idea I could love someone so much.

When he was first born! I think he was two days old. I loved that time with him, and can't believe he's already almost a year and a half!  He was such a good baby too.

On his first birthday. He was running through our kitchen! He's always entertaining me.

We were at the park the other day. He loves the slide! It's his favorite part of the park.

November 1st! He was so tickled by my kissing him that I couldn't get a picture without him covering his face, he was giggling too hard and kept bringing his hand up. It was fun trying though!

We took him to the doctor on the 10th, and it was so hard. He had 4 shots, and it was the first time he knew that they were coming as soon as the nurse came in after our doctor left. I cried so hard, I hate when he's in pain. He was a champ though. Got over it really quick, I had one of his favorite stuffed animals waiting and I gave him a small lollipop we had left over from Halloween. He was cool after that, lol.

He's still not talking yet. He doesn't use the same sounds for the same items, so we are going to get a evaluation done and see what they think. I would just wait but the doctor is a little concerned since he isn't using those sounds for the same items, its all a bunch of random gibberish.

Now I'm going to get some rest so Kade and I can do something fun tomorrow.

Hello there

I'm Sabrina, and I am a stay at home mommy to a little boy, Kayden. I'm expecting another baby in March, we don't know the gender yet but I can't wait to find out! :)
I'm married to an amazing man in the Navy, we've been married for 3 and a half years now. We've been on the journey of a lifetime with the Navy for about 2 years.
I am going to try to keep this blog up, I really want to document my life, in the future I'll be able to look back and see how I've changed or how different things with these little children were.
So, welcome :)
